1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our offerings, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

2. Description of Offerings

AICraft provides three main categories: professional AI development services, digital learning materials, and physical technology products.

3. AI Development Services

Our team engages in custom AI solution design and implementation. Work commences after agreement and initial payment.

4. Digital Learning Materials

We offer self-paced courses and resources delivered in digital format for personal or corporate education.

5. Physical Technology Products

This includes hardware components and specialized devices designed for AI applications.

6. Refund and Reimbursement Policy

6.1 AI Development Services

If a project is canceled before any work begins, you may request a full refund of the payment made. Once work has started, fees are nonrefundable. However, you may transfer any unused portion of your payment toward future services, pending our availability and mutual agreement.

6.2 Digital Learning Materials

You may request a refund within 30 calendar days of purchase if you have accessed fewer than 10% of the material. To request a reimbursement, submit a request via Contact Us. After this period or usage threshold, fees are nonreimbursable.

6.3 Physical Technology Products

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery via Contact Us. You will be instructed on how to ship the item back. Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a reimbursement for the original purchase amount. Nondefective items may not be sent back for reimbursement.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of our offerings indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
